Training & Placement Policy Document

Udeck Services is a training initiative with a vision to bridge the gap between education and industry. We aim to empower students from technical backgrounds (especially BCA, MCA, and coding enthusiasts) with the necessary skills, real-world exposure, and mentorship to become job-ready professionals in IT and software development.


1. Objective

  • To define the terms, structure, and expectations of the training program.
  • To ensure transparent and professional conduct between Udeck Academy and its trainees.
  • To outline the pathway to job-readiness and placement support.


2. Eligibility Criteria

Udeck Services encourages learners from all educational backgrounds, including:

  • Students from 10th, 12th, ITI, diploma, graduates from tech/non-tech streams.

  • Anyone with a keen interest in coding and a willingness to learn.

  • No prior experience required for foundational courses like C Programming, Python, Java (Core).

To avail placement assistance, students must:

  • Maintain 80% attendance.

  • Complete all projects and internal tests.

  • Submit updated resume and clear all due fees.

  • Participate actively in training and mock interviews

Udeck Services provides comprehensive training that blends technical skills, practical exposure, and career readiness:

  • Programming Foundations
    Covers C Programming, Core Java, and Python — focusing on logic building, object-oriented concepts, and scripting basics.
  • Web & Database Skills
    Includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, and PHP — essential for front-end and back-end development.

  • Advanced Development
    Covers Advanced Java (Servlets, JSP), along with introductory modules on frameworks like Django and Flask.
  • Live Projects
    Hands-on experience through real-time projects, version control, debugging, and deployment tasks.
  • Soft Skills & Aptitude
    Emphasizes resume building, communication, group discussions, and quantitative aptitude preparation.
  • Mock Interviews
    Regular technical and HR mock interviews to build confidence and interview readiness.
  • Industry Sessions
    Interactive sessions with industry experts, hiring trends, and company-specific pre-placement talks.
