Welcome to Udeck Academy, an initiative by Udeck Services Pvt. Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our training programs, courses, materials, and services. By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

Candidates must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Eligibility is limited to students or graduates from technical backgrounds (BCA, MCA, B.Tech, etc.), or individuals with a keen interest in coding and IT. Udeck Academy reserves the right to reject any application without providing specific reasons.

2. Fee Structure & Payment

All course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course unless a special EMI arrangement is approved. Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where the student withdraws within 7 days of course start. A written request is required for any refund consideration. Failure to pay fees on time will result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment.

3. Course Delivery

Udeck Academy may deliver courses in offline, online, or hybrid formats. Course content, schedule, trainers, and delivery methods are subject to change without prior notice based on availability and academy discretion. Students must ensure a stable internet connection and required devices (for online/hybrid courses).

4. Attendance & Participation

A minimum of 90% attendance is mandatory for certification and placement assistance. Students are expected to actively participate in assignments, discussions, tests, and projects. Continuous absence without notice may lead to dismissal from the program without any refund.

5. Certification

Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of the course, Project submission, and Passing assessments. The academy reserves the right to withhold certification in case of non-compliance with performance standards or conduct violations.

6. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain professional behavior with trainers, mentors, and fellow students. Any form of misbehavior, harassment, cheating, or plagiarism will lead to immediate termination. Disrespect towards staff or disruption of class activities is strictly prohibited.

7. Placement Assistance

Udeck Academy offers 100% placement assistance, but does not guarantee job placement. Only students who:

• Complete the course with satisfactory performance,
• Clear internal evaluations,
• Maintain professional etiquette, are eligible for placement support.
  
  

8. Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, documents, and resources shared during the course are the intellectual property of Udeck Services. Students are not allowed to reproduce, share, resell, or publish these materials without written consent. Breach of this clause may lead to legal action.

9. Use of Student Work

Udeck Academy reserves the right to use submitted assignments, projects, and testimonials for marketing, academic, or research purposes.
Students who do not wish their work to be used must inform the academy in writing at the time of submission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Udeck Academy is not liable for any personal loss, career outcome, or technical failure experienced by students.
All training is delivered based on industry standards and current practices, but outcomes may vary per individual effort and industry dynamics.

Udeck Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use or participation post-update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
